MY

STORY

Hey guys, Zayne Richard Simpson here!

I grew up in Los Angeles, until 1997, then moved to Columbus, Ohio. I built my foundation in Columbus. I Love to travel to work, and love what I.

In 2003 I started a band called "Tomorrows Gone", we were together for a few years, and had many great opportunities. After a few years, we expanded, and got new members and bigger and better opportunities. We changed our name to "Fear of Waking". We did many tours and big shows and split in 2008.

After spending 6 years in the U.S. Army, and a tour to Afghanistan, I wanted to get back in to the entertainment industry. I started my company in 2015 and started throwing events. I would bring artists in from all over the nation and host concerts and parties. Soon after i started managing hip-hop artists. set up concerts and tours for various artists. Formally manage and DJ for Kale Da Que and Capone TuWop.

So after 4 years of being an actor, director, producer. I love the entertainment industry, and I miss being on stage, So in November of 2018 I decide to take an audio production course at The Ohio Media School, and try my hand a Djing.

Previously having graduated from OMS for there radio and tv broadcasting degree, and returning for their film emphasis program, iI had interest in learning to be a dj.

I wanted to dj not only to get back on stage, but to inspire people to follow their dreams, by showing everyone that if you work hard, you can do what you love for a living.

After 8 months of djing, I split time between, being  the star of a Columbus, Ohio based tv series called "The Thin Blue Line". I hope to have bigger and better, shows and opportunities in the future.
